In view of the uncertain situation we are experiencing due to the coronavirus pandemic, we would like to share with you how we will be handling bookings for July and August from now on.

Our main wish is for you to be able to enjoy your holidays at Camping Laguna and for this reason we are carrying on working. However, we must all follow the instructions governments and health bodies give us in such difficult circumstances.

We are aware that the situation is also very difficult for you. This is why, in order to help you make up your mind what to do about your plans for the summer, we would like to tell you the following:

• we are changing our policy on cancellations: from now on, we will not be charging anything for cancelling bookings up to 7 days before the arrival date.

If you are unable to come in the end, we recommend moving the deposit you have paid for your booking to a similar booking for 2021, keeping the same pitch or bungalow number and your desired dates. You can also have your deposit refunded by bank transfer, following the same procedure as up to now.
