Just a few kilometres from the campsite are two marine reserves where you can go on fantastic dives.
To the north lies the protected maritime area of Cap de Creus, which has two integrated nature reserves stretching 1.3 kilometres out to sea. Diving in their clear waters means discovering completely unspoilt flora and fauna (fishing is strictly forbidden). There are a range of options for dives at any level. Most of the diving centres in the area will assist you and offer you a full range of services.
To the south, the Medes islands marine reserve also delights divers at all levels and is internationally renowned as one of the best places on the Costa Brava for diving. It consists of 7 small islands with stunning underwater caves and a total protected area of 23 hectares.
